From Browsers to Orbit

Browsers become agents, satellites become data centers, and new builders turn knowledge into value.

Friends,
AI just broke orbit. OpenAI’s Atlas turns the browser into an intelligent workspace, and NVIDIA’s Starcloud pushes compute into space — solar-powered, scalable, and unstoppable. The AI economy just hit escape velocity.

The graphic has a bold headline at the top in white text: “What 500 AI Users Reveal About 2026’s Biggest AI Trends — From Web FX.” Beneath the headline, a short paragraph on a blue background explains that customers are using AI to make decisions and asks if businesses are showing up where it counts. It mentions new research that uncovers the trends, trust factors and discovery habits defining the 2026 AI landscape and what businesses can do to stay visible, with a pair of eyes emoji at the end. To the right of this paragraph is an illustration of a smiling woman with brown hair raising her hands, surrounded by icons such as a floating chart, a speech bubble labeled “AI,” and a glowing point. Below, a section titled “Key Findings:” is split into three colored panels: – The first panel states “1 in 3 people use AI multiple times per day — alongside Google Search and email.” – The second panel notes that “ChatGPT and Gemini capture 85% of total AI usage, showing early brand consolidation.” – The third panel says “25% of users pay for premium AI tools,” with a subtitle explaining that these users prioritize speed, accuracy and reliability over novelty. Under the panels is a bright call‑to‑action button reading “READ STUDY: INSIDE THE MINDS OF 500 AI USERS →”. At the bottom of the graphic, white text against the dark blue background describes WebFX as a full‑service, AI‑powered marketing agency with more than 1,100 client reviews and a 4.9‑star Clutch rating, and notes that it helps businesses stay visible and drive growth in the age of AI search.

OpenAI launches Atlas — the browser built for AI agents.

Atlas isn’t just a browser; it’s the first real interface for web-native AI agents. Like Perplexity’s Comet, it lets agents browse, click, and complete tasks directly on your tabs.

This marks the start of a new web economy — one where agents are the primary users. I’m already optimizing my apps for them, because soon most content will be read by AI, not humans.

See below how I’m using Atlas in action.

NVIDIA & Starcloud are taking AI compute to orbit.

Space isn’t just for stars anymore; NVIDIA-backed startup Starcloud is sending H100 GPUs into orbit to build AI data centers that run on solar power.

The Starcloud‑1 satellite launching in Nov 2025 will deliver 100× more compute than any previous space mission, with 10× lower energy costs (Nvidia’s H100 GPUs are going to space - Crusoe and Starcloud pioneer space-based solar-powered AI compute cloud data centers, How Starcloud Is Bringing Data Centers to Outer Space).

This isn’t sci‑fi; it’s the next frontier for AI infrastructure. If you’re serious about scaling, start thinking above the clouds.
